Standard Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

You must provide proof of purchase.

Please note: Returns are processed by mail only.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.

Ship the item within 7 days of receiving the RMA using a trackable shipping method.

Do not send items directly to Keys to Comfort — all returns must be routed to the correct supplier warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and approved.

Refunds are processed approximately 7 business days of the returned item.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Partial refunds may apply if items are returned damaged, missing parts, or outside the return window.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are received as defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, contact us at info@keystocomfort.com.

We will coordinate the replacement process and shipping.

Delivery Issues & Order Cancellations

If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us — we may issue a refund or replacement.

Orders canceled before shipment will be fully refunded.

Orders canceled after shipment must follow the return process.

Restocking Fees

A 25% restocking fee applies for non-defective returns.

No restocking fee applies for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
