Standard Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused and in original packaging

All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

You must have proof of purchase

Returns are processed by mail only.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs

For all other reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping

A prepaid return label may be provided, and the cost will be deducted from your refund

Provide your order number and reason for return

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address

Ship the item within 7 days of receiving the RMA using a trackable shipping methodPlease do not send items directly to Keys to Comfort — all returns must be routed to the correct supplier warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products

Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers)

Intimate or sanitary items (unless unopened)

Digital goods or gift cards

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and approved by the supplier

You’ll receive an email once your refund is processed

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of return approval, depending on your payment provider’s timeline

Partial refunds may apply if items are returned damaged, missing parts, or outside the return window.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange:

Delivery Issues & Order Cancellations

If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us — we’ll investigate and may issue a refund or send a replacement

Orders canceled before shipment will be fully refunded. If shipped, follow the return process
