At Keys to Comfort (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the delivery of products purchased from www.keystocomfort.com.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the Continental United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight and dimensions, and the shipping method selected.
All shipping rates are provided in real-time by our trusted shipping partners.

Note: We do not offer free shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–10 business days.

Expedited shipping options (if available) are shown at checkout.

Large or specialty items may take longer depending on the supplier’s processing time.

Note: Delivery estimates may be affected by supplier delays, carrier issues, or weather conditions.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and the supplier.
All shipments include tracking information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You can also track your shipment via our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

Delayed, Missing or Lost Packages:

If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe as communicated by your carrier, contact us at info@keystocomfort.com or +1 (215) 347-9082.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, check your address, speak with neighbors, and contact your local carrier directly.

Damaged Packages:

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 2 Business days of delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging and product.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Returns Related to Shipping

Items must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, if unused, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

All returns must be coordinated in advance. Most products ship directly from supplier warehouses and must be returned there.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.
