We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight and dimensions, and the shipping method selected. These rates are provided in real-time from our shipping partners.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST typically begin processing the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–10 business days.
Expedited shipping options (if available) will be shown at checkout.
Some large or specialty items may take longer depending on the manufacturer’s processing time.
Note: All delivery estimates are subject to factors beyond our control such as supplier delays, carrier issues, or weather conditions.

Delayed or Lost Packages:

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, please check your address, speak with neighbors, and contact your local carrier before reaching out to us for assistance.

Damaged Packages:
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

If something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days. Provide your order number and a description of the issue — we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

All returns should be coordinated with us in advance. Most products ship directly from our brand partners and must be returned to their warehouse address.
We ship directly from our trusted supplier partners. Returns and undeliverable items must be approved and routed to the correct warehouse. Please contact us before returning any items to ensure proper handling.

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
