The Protekt® Aire 5000DX mattress system is the first line of defense against pressure ulcers for high-volume facilities. It combines low air loss and alternating pressure therapies with a supportive 3” densified fiber base, providing added safety in the event of power failure. The advanced digital pump features Auto Compressor Sleep Technology (ACST), a preset 10-minute alternating cycle, and customizable pressure based on the patient’s weight.

This 8" mattress system is topped with a fluid-resistant, quilted nylon cover, includes a static head section, and offers optional raised foam side rails for added protection.
