The Protekt® Aire 8000 is a premium bariatric mattress system that combines advanced low air loss and alternating pressure therapies to prevent and treat pressure ulcers in high-risk patients. With cycle times of 10 to 25 minutes and a durable 10" air cell construction, this system delivers superior pressure redistribution, moisture management, and patient comfort.
Designed for bariatric patients up to 750 lbs, the Aire 8000 features a pillow top for head stability, static and seat inflation modes for added support during transfers or upright positioning, and a lockout key for patient safety. Nylon/PU air cells and quilted antimicrobial cover ensure lasting comfort and hygiene. Optional raised side rails are available for all sizes.
